DELETE ACCOUNT

Request permanent deletion of your GateMate account and all associated personal data. We process all requests within 30 days. Choose any of the methods below.

METHOD 01

DELETE FROM IN-APP SETTINGS

Open the GateMate app → tap Settings → tap Delete Account → confirm. Fastest option if you have the app installed.

METHOD 02

SUBMIT THE FORM BELOW

Don't have the app anymore? Use the deletion request form on this page. Enter the email address associated with your account.

METHOD 03

EMAIL US DIRECTLY

Send a deletion request to info@gatemate.net from the email associated with your account.

WHAT GETS DELETED

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

Your profile (display name, photo, bio)
All GateLink memberships you have joined
Intro requests sent or received
Blocks and reports you have created
Your authentication record

This action is permanent and cannot be reversed. Anonymous analytics data may be retained but will not be linked to your identity.

REQUEST RECEIVED

We've received your deletion request and will process it within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you have any questions, contact us at info@gatemate.net.
